New glasses at the back and the old dead ones at the front.
Surprised I got this photo, as I wasn't wearing either pair!

"And I, I called through the air that night
My thoughts were still buried inside
We were closer then, I've been alone some time"
I had no idea such a thing existed but here it is - a booster seat for small dogs so they are secure (harness clips to strap on back) and can see the world go by. Chuck was disappointed we didn't go for a drive. Jan. 2017.

Caption: #Visionfirst @ a medical/surgical missions in Lagos, Nigeria. We captured majorly children from 0-12yrs , screening for ocular and visual abnormalities. A total of 165 children within this age group were screened @the Primary Health centre, Surulere. Out of the Total No, 75 males and 90 females were attended to. Refractive error was the major cause of vision impairment. Childhood Cataract and other ocular diseases were detected and referred for immediate surgery where applicable. Prescription Glasses were dispensed for free and those that needed cycloplegic refraction and other forms diagnostic procedures, were also referred to the nearest comprehensive eye centre.
However, a significant number of other age groups turned up for the outreach and they were also given attention.
In the Optical section, our team consisted of an Ophthalmic Nurse, an Optometrist, an Ophthalmologist and record keeping staff. #EyecareEverywhere

... so I can see...
... who you are
... where you're from
... what you're like
... what you feel,
I try to hide!
One-eyed wonder I Can See with a lead pony before the Buena Vista Hcp. (Gr. 2) at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, California, U.S.A. Ironically, Buena Vista translates to "good view." (Feb. 18, 2008)
OK, I'm officially middle-aged... this is my first pair of bi-focals... Now maybe I can read without taking off my glasses.
Yup, I broke down and got the surgery this morning. It was a pretty good experience. My eyes look really puffy and since I can't touch my eyes, I can't clean the gunk out of them..sorry about that. I can't wear makeup for 1 week!!! Scary for people at work but hopefully the swelling will go down very soon... But, I can see!!!! By the way, no matter how much I smile, I look like complete Hell!! LOL

I've worn glasses since I was 9 when my mother realized I couldn't make out my father in a crowd. The quirky thing about my vision is in my need for balance in life I managed a farsighted and nearsighted eye. :) Guess I like to keep things fair.
My effort to make up for the lackluster presentation provided by the fourth Shippuuden movie: The Lost Tower. The whole thing really was honestly a poor showing, especially considering that it was clearly meant to be fan-service. There were plotholes galore and the focal point of the movie—Minato on the big screen—tripped wildly on its own hype and fell flat on its face. I took a stab at dealing with a few of those failings with this fic, and it turned out all right. (Can be found on FanFiction.net.)
My most recent piece in this initial posting. I think there may be too many words, but other than that I'm actually pretty happy with it. Made in Adobe Photoshop 7.0.

We had a lot of trouble even getting India an eye appointment, the doctors didn't want to see anyone under the age of 5... So finding glasses that fit her tiny nose was quite difficult. After searching several stores, India found a pair of purple butterfly glasses that she loves... And boy, does she look adorable in them! She only wears them for a few hours each day, to help strengthen her weaker eye. Our friends and family have been sending her pictures of them in their glasses, welcoming her to the club. Auntie Claire even sent a picture of her dog wearing specs 😂 India is very proud of her new glasses! #glasses #adorable #giftofsight #cute #specs #eyesight #icansee #dearindiarose #love #family #happiness #lenscrafters #eyes Thanks for watching Dear India Rose. We are so grateful for the community we have created here, the friendship and support shown to our family has filled our hearts. The mercury took a look north of freezin, so the Big Chick and I decided to play in the shower! Look, it's burgundy and it has a license plate too!
