This is a series of five horizontal photo taken from the hut Piz Boe, near the Passo Pordoi, Trentino Alto Adige.
Height 3152mt, indescribable emotion
This visit to Volcano of Capelinhos was really windy that day, the sand scraped my face and beat my hands as I took this picture. It plow sand all over this part of Faial island, where the 1957 ocean eruption had spread lava fields towards land, lasting 13 months and leading to the evacuation of two thousand people from the Capelo parish. The force of mother nature creating new land, is unstoppable.
