Another image that has resisted my attempts to identify the location.
The motor tramcar is number 96, and is signed for service 1.
UPDATE: I believe that this image shows Tătărași Sud tramcar stop. The location is at the intersection of Strada Vasile Lupu, Strada Ignat and Strada Chiurchi. The camera is facing northwestward.
Again: I managed to identify this image shortly after following a clue provided (for the preceding image) by Flickr user "Cosmin Sandu". And so, for this image, I will therefore credit "Cosmin Sandu" for "inspiration"!

c/n 18591/341. About to land on runway 10R at London-Heathrow. New to Pan Am as N767PA in 1963. To Dan-Air London as G-BEAF in 1976 and operated for IAS Cargo Airlines. To Transportes Aero Rioplatense as LV-MSG in 1978. Withdrawn from use at Buenos Aires-Ezeiza around 1984 and scrapped in 1996.
