Sometimes I'm just in awe of what this iPhone can do in terms of taking photos - love this path - I've been walking along it most of my life & still love this view - cheers

We returned to the Lake District for a day a couple of weeks back after not visiting for a few years Winter decided to return on the same day. Snow on the tops and sleet at lower levels. Nice to catch up with family though, and whetted my appetite to return to the fells - whatever the weather (within reason).

It has been a warm winter in Michigan. In some years Kent Lake would be a sheet of ice, but not so this year.

The warmth enabled me to get out for a rare February bike ride at Kensington. The scenery in winter is not always pleasant, but it was not bad from this angle.
