Terms of License Grant
(1) You retain ownership of your Photo, however, you grant to Yahoo Inc. and its affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license (but not the obligation) to sublicense, use, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, modify, publicly perform, and publicly display by any means and in any media, your Photo in connection with any promotion, marketing and advertising of the Flickr service.
(2) You represent and warrant that your Photo is an original work taken by you and you own or have the necessary rights to all copyrights or other proprietary rights in your Photo. This means you’ve obtained a release from any individuals that are depicted in your Photo. You also represent that you are over 18 years old.
(3) If Yahoo uses your Photo, and where technically feasible, Yahoo will provide a link to the Photo's page on Flickr along with an attribution calling out your screen name.
If at any time you change your mind about permitting Yahoo to use your photo, please contact Yahoo Inc. at bit.ly/1bpQTNF and Yahoo will make an effort to comply with your request to remove the image on a case-by-case basis.
