I removed 3 files manually.

~/Library/Caches/com.apple.dt.Xcode/Downloads/Xcode.SDK.iPhoneSimulator.5.0-5.0.0.1.dmg

~/Library/Caches/com.apple.dt.Xcode/Downloads/Xcode.SDK.iPhoneSimulator.5.0-5.0.1.1.dmg

Then Xcode 4.4.1 will not force you to reinstall it anymore.
