Wage and Babo are always my "go to" guys for testing new applications or processing...or anything, really. They don't mind.
Two more are below the fold.

Abstract is a little different for me, but this is part of my 'Wonky Facebook Art'. A glitch on Facebook yesterday made my wall photos all stretched and funny, I quite liked the effect, so did some screen shots before I refreshed the page.
After a bit of experimenting between Diptic & scratchcam, I ran another version through iDroste tonight ... And a parrot was born. I think he has my eyes ;-) This made me smile, so thought I'd share here :)
Taken and edited with an iPad 2. I guess this is turning into a mini series. I uploaded an image earlier of my usual style but it didn't feel right, so I deleted and opened up iDroste again! Think I need to do something different at the moment! :)

Take photo of the sidewalk with my iphone. I had a meeting in Boston and was a little early.
So, I was bored..ok. Last year I experimented with the Droste effect. It was somewhat of a pain in the neck because you had to instally gimp and a mathmap plugin for it. The code was developed by Josh Sommers. He is amazing and you should check out his stuff on flickr. Anyway, a person modified his code and made a free iphone app to make images with the droste effect.
This image is something simple and Im not that excited over it. But, it does show the effect. Nice free iphone app.

Spiral abstract that reminds me of the inside of a Nautilus shell. (No, the App "iDroste" has Not been resurrected). Androidography by AlyZen Moonshadow.
- I found this cool clock photo in @tigerbeat's feed yesterday, so I took a screen cap, touched it up in Camera+, then ran it through iDroste. I then brought back into Camera+ for touch ups and

After seeing burninberlin's "blacksperiment", docpop mentioned that he was going to do one, so before I went to sleep last night, I figured I'd give it a shot. I took a photo of nothing at all, in the dark, with Kaleidovid, then ran it through....

I took this photo in 2005, posted it in 2009 apparenty, comment in 2011 ...
Douai Abbey organ (Choir Organ Tours 2005) in an Escher-like way ...
I encountered Eschers' stunning works in an even so fabulous building in The Hague.
Eschers' works inspired me to look for an application (esp for my iPhone) to establish the same result (in a way off course) as Escher does in his work of art, in particular, in his explorations of infinity.
April 26 2011, I learned that this app isn't that bad to use. One of my Flicker contact's uses tiny planet iPhone app, with the same result as my photo shows u. (Thanks Andy!)
Daily App Experiment #125" "PXL Flush" - Started by running a picture through #DotCam (using the horizontal stripe feature), then running that through #TinyPlanet (which plays nicely with most horizontal-ish images). That looked cool, but then I decided to run it through #iDroste as a final touch. iDroste gave it a cool swirl, but also brought out some extra pixely/blury parts near the edges. Wonder if I can stop that from happening somehow. #daily_appsperiment #appsperiment #pixels
