Made the dish from our clam digging catch. Original recipe here.
Ingredients:
- Gourd, 1 medium, cut into big pieces
- Ginger, 3 big slices
- White pepper
Instruction:
- Coated cleaned oysters with starch
- Depends on the sizes, put oysters in boiled water for 30 - 60 seconds
- Heat oil, add ginger until fragrance
- Add gourd pieces. Cooked until done.
- Add cooked oysters, mixed well.
