According to Wikipedia, these yummy tasty mushrooms, when cultivated, "are grown in a high CO2 environment to produce long thin stems,..." Does this mean these little guys require a lot of CO2 to grow? Thus, they can help reduce the CO2 in our air and help save the environment?! We must all eat more ENOKITAKE!!!! :)
