This is perfume with the two girls from the television show iCarly. I saw this at TJ Maxx not long ago. iCarly was a situation comedy on Nickelodeon from 2007 to 2012. I remember my son telling me that he liked it.

Livvy (4) asked me to make her something to wear to the iCarly event at The Music Circus. I bought a plain knit shift and themed it up. She loves it! That's all that matters.
