It 's quite a challenge to follow the action of the lions at the Chinese New Year parade tonight. They just didn't seem to stay very still. So I set my Fuji camera to EXR mode and then went spray and pray. In Fuji I trust.

I was super super inspired by @thegbrix's work, so I wanted to give it a shot. this is what I have thus far, totally not looking like a chiron :P. Still faaaaaaar from done, still many clipping and floating parts.
A rare and beautiful Lea-Francis Hyper! A thing to know about the Hyper is that it was the first British supercharged production car with a 1.5l engine!
Was looking through some of VolumeX and Shamisenfred‘s old builds, and really liked their concept trucks.
So I decided to try a futuristic truck myself, similar to the sort of things Hot Wheels often does.
The cab opens up and it fits nano or microfigures inside.

Don't get me started about the state of the trains in Britain these days...
Oh, OK then, if you insist. The carriages on the Bristol to London line have been undergoing refurbishments recently, part of which has included a snazzy new colour scheme. Well, less snazzy, and more migraine-inducing. It's all so incredibly un-restful. The lights have this incredibly harsh acidic greeny-blue tone (the film has captured the feel of them quite well, I think) that seems to project your retina all the way through to the back of your brain, in a sickly hyper-stimulating manner. Meanwhile, it's impossible to sit comfortably, as the seats are so painful on the derrière, and closely packed together. Basically, the whole environment seems to conspire to make people feel unhappy and aggressive... and that's just in an empty carriage...
Kristen was having so much fun on the hiking trails… She kept running ahead to scout it out, then run back to say what direction to go in… I just wanted an ounce of that energy!
