Never could drink enough water until I bought this water bottle on Amazon. Fill twice a day and you are done. A rather big bottle with "coaching" to encourage you to drink. I take it everywhere with me. This segment of the bottle is a little less than 3" including the strap.

We got a 'trace' of rain and some collected on this elephant ear leaf. I noticed this house fly using it as a water source and didn't mind me getting a closeup.

In western NSW extensive flat depressions adjoining the Darling River have filled, giving thousands of old gum trees a chance to recover from the last drought. The river itself is also rising but the channel is not expected to reach bankfull stage until later this month.

While the Beast From the East 2.0 rages outside (well, there are a few snow flurries) it's back to searching Postlethwaite Manor for subject matter. Unfortunately the Renoir and Van Gogh are away for cleaning so this will have to do.

… after climbing the bell tower of the church of Santa Maria, (170 steps…up and down 😂), with temps around 30°c, I could have cheerfully drunk the contents of this fire hydrant. I don’t understand what possesses me to attempt these things at inappropriate times, I really don’t 😂
