Shout out to this kid peddling his hip-hop among the white-collar shoppers and workers outside Pioneer Place in downtown Portland. I gave a listen. Good flow, but wasn’t down with the lyrics about partying. And that’s too bad, because we talked about personal energies and he told me how his chakras were flowing so excellently. Apparently he’s making it well enough selling his CD on the street. We chatted for five minutes or so, and he was pretty upbeat, optimistic. It was good to see.
Too bad the slip of paper with his name and website ended up going through the wash. I’m so bad with names.

Been to Airport the other day to receive a guest. Flight was delayed and I had a chance to click this hyperactive couple on a busy street.
Golden temples, markets, amazing beaches, yellow curry noodles, balloon pants, and many more amazing sights, in Chiang Mai, Koh Phangan, and Bangkok. This is Thailand!

After a nice lay in to sleep off the booze from last night I enjoyed a day off of me-time! 5 mile training run up St Annes Hill, lunch and a Home & Away catch up, nice hot bath and hairwash before heading up town to catch up with friends that its been too long in seeing!
Meeting point Waterloo. As I'm usually sprinting for a train or heading into work I have never actually stopped and captured the place that I sometimes hate more than anywhere in the world! Feels like everyone is always heading here, there and everywhere in all the wrong directions and getting in the way. You get a great view from the upper balcony now!
After this had a great evening of Pizza, Wine and gossip!
