Friday Afternoon – Arrive, check into the Red barn Bed & Breakfast - A nice relaxing country atmosphere, much different than the city life. georgiaredbarn.com/
Friday Supper – Eat at Scott’s BBQ to hear all of the local gossip around town. Your best bet is either a cheeseburger or the BBQ sandwich.
Saturday – Lunch and dinner are packed, and the day is spent fishing the Ocmulgee river. Whether you fish or just drift downstream, you forget all of your worries as you are surrounded by distant calls of Cardinals and Brown Thrashers.
Saturday Night – You return to your room at the Red Barn and clean up to eat at Fritters Restaurant. After your meal, you enjoy a movie or theater performance in the 100 year old City Auditorium.
Sunday – Sleep in, and enjoy the last few hours of your vacation. Roam the sprawling acres of land around the Red Barn before packing the car and heading back home.

Experiment with an old classic Voigtländer Vitomatic IIa with F/2 50mm Ultron lens (1962 - 1963) .
I love this old vitomatics and how they render colour, you can see results in some older sets. I decided to try it with B&W Film using my usual mix of Ilford HP5+ and developed in XTOL 1:1 so I could compare the results to my usual Nikon F80 with 50mm F1.4 D lens.
These are straight neg scans untouched by digital malarkey. I am frankly loving the results and contrast it gives. It is hard to estimate if it is as sharp , I don't think it is but it has a characteristic that is not unpleasant , View Large to see for yourself.

Tsukiji Fish Market
This is where the big boys play. They chop fish in half with giant power tools. More importantly, they're completely unafraid of running down tourists. See, these guys drive small carts, steered by twisting the entire engine/front wheel assembly. If you get in the way of said cart, you will be screamed at, run over, or both.
If you have it in you to stay out all night in Roppongi, or to wake up at 4am, you can get here early to watch the seafood auction where fishermen come to sell their catches. We were not that brave/foolhardy; I will regret that until I return to Tokyo... someday.
