Love this tree and it's unique way of defying the odds......It has grown out over the River, vertical ....and at high tide partially submerged, Yet it grows and provides unique beauty and reminder

No clouds on a fall morning. The Rip Van Winkle Bridge spanning across the Hudson River towards Catskill, Ny and the Catskill Mountains.

Missed the best light because I fell in a hole. After going home I ended up going to the hospital and had damaged the tendons in my left foot. 6 weeks of sitting on my butt. Well, mostly 6 weeks of my wife yelling at me because I kept sneaking out the door with my camera bag 😁😁😁 Never waited the 6 weeks, felt better after 2.

Taken from the moving bus from NYC back to NJ, needed to click and focus in a split second; sometime, there might be another subject blocking the view. The triangle building is a condo. complex where facing the Hudson River surrounding NYC.
