Winter’s cold temperatures can make your home’s plumbing more prone to leaks. And an average household leak can account for more than 10,000 gallons of water wasted per year!
By quickly finding and fixing water leaks, you can save around 10% on your water bill.
With the Cleveland Water web portal, you can easily view your water account details including actual water usage by the day or even by the hour.
Having the ability to monitor your water usage means that you can quickly and easily spot a potential issue and address it before it becomes a major problem.
If there is an unusual spike in your water usage or usage is showing at times when you aren’t using water, it could be the sign of a leak.
You’ll also be enrolled to receive automatic leak notifications. If your meter registers continuous usage for 7 days you’ll be sent an email and/or letter alerting you that there may be a possible leak on your property.
Water leaks are costly and more common than you might think, especially this time of year when temperatures drop and water lines and meters become susceptible to freezing and breaking.
Nearly 10% of homes have leaks, wasting upwards of 90 gallons of water every day. Most water leaks are easily fixed, but if left unchecked can become a major problem and drain on your wallet.
To limit damage to your home, conserve water, and avoid a high water bill, you should check your property as soon as possible if you receive a notification or think you have a leak.
The most common culprits of leaks are dripping faucets or showerheads or a leaking or running toilet. Check our website for tips on how to check for possible sources of a leak.

In episode 5, when Noah meets Michael, there is a church in the background since Michael is there to see where he father is buried. We learned about the location of this church from Dark through our friends at Canal Alemanizando, and you can find it at the Südwestkirchhof Stahnsdorf. This is the cemetery that used to be connected to Wannsee via the railroad that it’s now abandoned.
The cemetery is the second largest one in Germany, and it has a beautiful forest character that makes the experience of walking around pretty interesting. There are a lot of historic tombs in the, including the one from Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau who directed the movie Nosferatu. But we went there to see the cemetery chapel!
The cemetery chapel from Südwestkirchhof Stahnsdorf was built between 1908 and 1911, and it follows the plans from Gustav Werner. The church has a Norwegian style, and it’s all made of wood. Inside, the wooden decoration is presented together with Art Nouveau glass windows and an organ by Wilhelm Sauer that is all original.

I prefer to photograph women, but I seem to take better pictures of men. I think it is because men are not photographed as much as women, so their is more unique concepts available. This photo took about 15 tries to get it just right. Could have photoshopped it, but I wanted the real emotion and facial expression that went with flicking a hat.

Quy trình thực hiện ngâm rượu nấm linh chi :
♦ Để nấm linh chi ngâm rượu ngon mà đảm bảo chất lượng, bạn cần sơ chế nấm trước khi tiến hành ngâm. Trước tiên phải loại bỏ vỏ cây còn dính lại dưới chân nấm bởi vỏ cây này rất độc hại. Ngoài ra, bạn nên kiểm tra kỹ bằng cách ngửi hoặc bẻ nấm linh chi ra. Nếu có mùi mốc, bên trong có vết thâm, có mọt đục khoét thì phải loại bỏ ngay vì đó là cây nấm đã chết, không dùng ngâm rượu được.
Nấm linh chi dùng ngâm rượu
♦ Cho nấm và rượu vào trong bình gốm sứ đã rửa sạch và lau khô, có nắp đậy kín và ngâm trong khoảng 20 ngày là có thể dùng. Mỗi ngày chúng ta sẽ lắc bình khoảng vài lần làm vậy sẽ giúp cho rượu ngấm đều vào trong nấm, điều này cũng giúp quá trình tiết các chất trong nấm ra nhanh hơn.
♦ Sau khi sử dụng hết lượng rượu ngâm nấm linh chi ở trên bạn có thể cho tiếp đường phèn cùng với 500ml rượu trắng vào cùng với bã nhân sâm và nấm linh chi có trong bình, ngâm tiếp 20 ngày và sau đó sử dụng. Sử dụng thường xuyên sẽ giúp cho bạn có một sức khỏe tốt và một thể lực cao trong mọi hoạt động.
Liều lượng sử dụng:
Chỉ nên sử dụng 1 đến 2 chén mỗi ngày sẽ giúp cải thiện tinh thần, chống suy nhược cơ thể và giúp bạn có giấc ngủ ngon hơn và làm giảm chứng kém ăn ở người cao tuổi.
Lưu ý :Đối tượng không dùng rượu ngâm nấm lim xanh: người có tiền sử về dạ dày, hệ tiêu hóa, bệnh gan; trẻ nhỏ, phụ nữ có thai, người có thể âm hư, người nóng trong. Nấm lim xanh có tính mát, thanh lọc cơ thể, mát gan, giải độc nhưng có tính nóng nên người bị bệnh gan sử dụng rượu sẽ phản tác dụng.

Aproximadamente 10 mil pessoas compareceram na missa deste dia 29/janeiro/2014 no Santuário São Miguel Arcanjo – fiéis de mais de 200 cidades estiveram presentes – A missa foi celebrada pelo Padre Roberto Medeiros / Doroteo Arango / Rodolfo Chagas Pinho - e - teve como convidado conduzindo os os momentos de oração, o pregador Ironi Spuldaro.
Foi a maior concentração de fiéis numa missa de São Miguel desde a inauguração do Santuário – A celebração teve a duração de 3 horas e pelo menos mais uma hora e meia para todos conseguirem sair do estacionamento do santuário que não suportou a quantidade de carros, ônibus e vans que lá estavam – muitos tiveram que estacionar na BR, tamanho a quantidade de veículos

Arizona is a state in the Southwestern region of the United States, sharing the Four Corners region of the western United States with Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah. Its other neighboring states are Nevada to the northwest and California to the west. It also shares an international border with the Mexican states of Sonora and Baja California to the south and southwest. It is the 6th-largest and the 14th-most-populous of the 50 states. Arizona is the 48th state and last of the contiguous states to be admitted to the Union, achieving statehood on February 14, 1912. Historically part of the territory of Alta California and Nuevo México in New Spain, it became part of independent Mexico in 1821. After being defeated in the Mexican–American War, Mexico ceded much of this territory to the United States in 1848, where the area became part of the territory of New Mexico. The southernmost portion of the state was acquired in 1853 through the Gadsden Purchase.
Southern Arizona is known for its desert climate, with extremely hot summers and mild winters. Northern Arizona features forests of pine, Douglas fir, and spruce trees; the Colorado Plateau; mountain ranges (such as the San Francisco Mountains); as well as large, deep canyons, with much more moderate summer temperatures and significant winter snowfalls. There are ski resorts in the areas of Flagstaff, Sunrise, and Tucson. In addition to the internationally known Grand Canyon National Park, which is one of the world's seven natural wonders, there are several national forests, national parks, and national monuments.
Arizona is home to a diverse population. About one-quarter of the state is made up of Indian reservations that serve as the home of 27 federally recognized Native American tribes, including the Navajo Nation, the largest in the state and the country, with more than 300,000 citizens. Since the 1980s, the proportion of Hispanics has grown significantly owing to migration from Mexico and Central America. A substantial portion of the population are followers of the Roman Catholic Church and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Arizona's population and economy have grown dramatically since the 1950s because of inward migration, and the state is now a major hub of the Sun Belt. Cities such as Phoenix and Tucson have developed large, sprawling suburban areas. Many large companies, such as PetSmart and Circle K, have headquarters in the state, and Arizona is home to major universities, including the University of Arizona, Arizona State University, and Northern Arizona University. The state is known for a history of conservative politicians such as Barry Goldwater and John McCain, though it has become a swing state in recent years.

The Grand Canyon is a steep-sided canyon carved by the Colorado River in Arizona, United States. The Grand Canyon is 277 miles (446 km) long, up to 18 miles (29 km) wide and attains a depth of over a mile (6,093 feet or 1,857 meters).
The canyon and adjacent rim are contained within Grand Canyon National Park, the Kaibab National Forest, Grand Canyon–Parashant National Monument, the Hualapai Indian Reservation, the Havasupai Indian Reservation and the Navajo Nation. The surrounding area is contained within the Baaj Nwaavjo I'tah Kukveni – Ancestral Footprints of the Grand Canyon National Monument. Nearly two billion years of Earth's geological history have been exposed as the Colorado River and its tributaries cut their channels through layer after layer of rock while the Colorado Plateau was uplifted. While some aspects about the history of incision of the canyon are debated by geologists, several recent studies support the hypothesis that the Colorado River established its course through the area about 5 to 6 million years ago. Since that time, the Colorado River has driven the down-cutting of the tributaries and retreat of the cliffs, simultaneously deepening and widening the canyon.
For thousands of years, the area has been continuously inhabited by Native Americans, who built settlements within the canyon and its many caves. The Pueblo people considered the Grand Canyon a holy site, and made pilgrimages to it. The first European known to have viewed the Grand Canyon was García López de Cárdenas from Spain, who arrived in 1540.

El estilo de esta parroquia del siglo XVII es típicamente "plateresco", nombre que se origina por la finura del trabajo en la piedra como si se tratara de una joya en plata. El interior del mismo estilo, cuenta con un bellísimo sagrario. La cúpula está decorada con una pintura de “La Asunción de la Virgen María”.
