The "curtain" at intermission of the Broadway Show: "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying". Daniel Radcliffe and John Laroquette were wonderful.
Summary:
Well, a pretty interesting experience - I definately botched the proportionality of the piece. It looked taller and skinnier in cad then it really turned out to be. Next time I'll put some generic people into model-space just so I can see what I'm doing.
The notches fit together quite snugly. But the blade that I used had been damaged, and I was cutting very quickly so the finish edges suffered. Probably my next chair I'll keep the speed the same and use a sharper bit. I don't think I should have any problems at 135 Inches per minute.
The seat definitely wants to be tilted back a little. and the back railings shouldn't be made out of 3/4" ply... The chair should be higher too.

Anyone that gets a chance should check it out this boy knows how to harmonise and has some pipes on him! (plus comedic timing)
We added a small step for the cast member who stands behind the desk. The desk is tall and we kind of want her to loom above everybody else.
Wrapping the luaun skin onto the desk was not easy. Because the bottom radius is different from the top radius that material won't bend neatly into place. It wants to be arc-shaped.
Also, the urinal spacing is awkwardly close... hmmm.
These are 12 minute urinals. I cut them using my 3" 1/4" round nose bit. The bot was running flat-out at 6IPS.
/me learning how to draw in photoshop.... still sucking at it
There's a major scale issue here with my little dude.... the upstage wall is 18' tall.... so you have to imagine my dude is considerably closer to the viewer than it appears.
I took a picture of Robert Morse who played J. Pierpont Finch in the 1967 film adaption. Then I took a picture of Daniel Radcliffe who plays the same character in the Broadway revival of "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying." I don't own the rights to either original I simply combined them together in my own way.

This is probably the biggest thing I've ever built... dimensionally at least.
The back wall for this show is a massive grid, 40' wide and 18' tall.
At the moment it's not quite perfect, but we'll be adjusting and tweaking till its done!
