To make a nice dice, simply cut down through the onion, starting from the bottom, knife perpendicular to the board, moving towards the top of the onion. Every slice should create more and more diced onion.
These look good. Pull them off the plate to cool faster. Make sure your dog is in the kitchen watching. As soon as you can, take one and eat it in front of your dog. Sniff it, roll your eyes, and say "Oh! My goodness! This is SO GOOD!" Then (yes, seriously) eat it, slowly, making it crunch. It will taste like a combination of hot dogs and foam packing material, but your dog needs to know that it is still People Food.
In this podcast Joseph and I talk about how to take action and attract wealth. Being wealthy isn’t all about riches and such. It’s about living a better quality life and looking in the positive perspective. We talk a little about politics and about how Obama uses social media with his Obama Girl.
When you've got it all burnished, peel the paper off the plate. In the industry this is called "pulling a print". You'll see there are some crappy spots. I'll fix that in a second.
Materials for the Yo yos: Assorted fabrics (pretty much any material, although my sequined yo yo didn't come out that great), Needle, Thread, Scissors, Pencil, and Circle Pattern (or Shape) to trace.
Materials for the Garland: Crochet Thread (or some strong string), and an Embroidery Needle.
Attach a small piece of felt to the back of the flower by sewing two sides of the felt. Be sure to sew through a couple layers of chiffon/tulle so it's secure.
This will give you a spot to thread a hair clip through so you can pin the flower in your hair or on a shirt.
What are stretch marks?
Stretch marks (striae) are a form of scarring on the skin which are streaks with either purple, red and pink color. They are caused by tearing of the dermis; and this may reduce over time but will not disappear completely.
Symptoms: Initially the marks look pink or red, but over time a thin, silvery line appears on the skin surface and a stretch mark appears. Stretch marks can appear anywhere on the body, but are most likely to appear in places having a larger amount of fat such as: abdomen (especially near the navel), breasts, upper arms, underarms, back, thighs (both inner and outer), hips, and buttocks.
Here are the top 15 most effective home remedies for stretch marks which you can easily apply from home in order to help you reduce the unsightly effects of stretch marks and maintain a fair skin…
This "Babblin Boo" doll was abused for many years and was about to be trashed.. The hair was a mess. Clothes and limbs were dirty and stained. The babblin was gone. But worst of all was the dark purple ink marks on her face. Sentimental value told me to try and save it. The washer took care of the clothes, a citrus cleaner worked perfectly cleaning arms and legs, replacing a tiny speaker and batteries brought back the babblin, but nothing I tried would remove the ink. I would have never guessed the solution. Acne lotion, like Oxy-10. You apply it over all the markings and leave the doll in direct sunlight for 3-4 hours and its gone. You can also use a lamp like I did. Just place the doll 3-4 inches away from the light bulb. It's that simple. It might take more than one treatment if the ink is dark, such was the case with this doll. It took 2 treatments to get the ink off,
Pinch all the layers of the flower in the middle. This will form a little wad of flowers with the bunched center on one end, and all the flower edges/petals on the other. Secure the shape with 5 or so stitches through the bunched center.
This step will make the flower poofier, like a more natural flower.
These marks will give you a guide when you start designing the print, and when you go to transfer it to the paper.

And there are the prints. The watercolour pencil didn't transfer very well, so I'll be touching it up.
This page is probably going in the "invisible monster" photocomic when I make it, although perhaps with slightly different captions.
To make a shaded strip, first put together three triangles of Fimo. One white, one spring green and one leaf green. Those familiar with the 'Skinner shade' technique might be surprised by the third colour. This is because a shade from dark green through white produces a rather strange and unrealistic light green in the middle.
Sins the instamatic cartridge are more or less unavailable and rather expensive I had to find out how to get this working, Inspired the work of the Instamatic group my suggestion is this. All you need is black paper 150 - 200 g., one paperclip, some light proof aluminium tape and a 135 film. What you dont get is the number of the negatives, and I still have to push the releasebutton half way down. This is the third test and I use some medium format negative to mask the egdes..
Using relatively fine sandpaper (I'm using 120), rough up the surface of your plate. This will give it a little tooth, which allows for stronger colour.
Prepare your surface to be painted. I did a base layer of my desired color, and used painter's tape to outline the section to be painted. Also, protect your work surface with some scrap paper!
Mix 1.5 tsp unsanded tile grout per 1 fl oz acrylic paint, in the plastic cup. Mix with plastic spoon until lumps are gone.
