A few beagles waiting for a treat. I often take my beagle for walks with other beagle owners, sometimes up to 60 plus dogs. Just put your hand in your pocket and you will be surrounded in seconds.
Nugget finally stood still long enough to get a shot of her. She's trying to figure out how to escape taking a bath. She's the dustiest dog I've ever had!
One of the smaller outcrops at the foot of Hound Tor. There is a sheer endless amount of motifs presented by the granite. Quite popular for rock climbing/bouldering too!
From our circular walk from Hound Tor to Hayne Down and Bowerman's Nose. You gotta love those granite outcrops!
Met this lovely chap on our Flickrcation in Fort Langley. I can’t remember if he’s a Wolfhound or a Deerhound but I do recall that he was HUGE, a rescue, and incredibly calm despite the crowds thronging around him desperate to pet him.
Had a great afternoon with the East Anglian Bloodhounds last Sunday. No human runners that day, just hound exercise. This one's name is Dibble!

As I was showing Neil around Dartmoor yesterday we ventured up to Rippon Tor first as I'd never walked up it before.
As I was walking up I saw a rainbow slowly moving across the moor and I raced like hell to the top to find a composition. I was a little too late to catch the full rainbow, so I quickly put my 70-200mm lens on and caught the remainder of it as it hit Hound Tor. It's not as sharp as I'd like as it was blowing a hooley up there and I was in a bit of a rush.
We saw a fair few rainbows yesterday and I caught two of them but didn't get a shot of a full one, just partial bits, but it was a fun day of photography

As much as I appreciated comments and feedback I would request no Awards or flashy gif comments, please. They will be deleted. Thank you.
For 121 Pictures in 2021 #44 "Hounds" this is Georgia, our terrier mix, looking disgusted at having to get the bottom of her paws wet by going out in the wet grass. You can see that it wasn't _that_ wet, but wet pawprints are in evidence off to the left. She hates getting wet, unless it involves playing in the water stream while I'm watering the garden.
Shrouded in mysterious stories of ghosts and evil spirits, thought to be a the area that inspired The Hound of the Baskervilles story. Rugged and windswept on my visit today
Nugget went on a trip to the old farm and had a great time! She ran and played so hard she was worn out by the end of the day! I thought she was going to try to drink the pond dry! LOL
I usually have my other check my art over before i post but they still at work ._. plus i figured yall wouldn't judge this art piece too harshly since there is a dog in it :>
