I wanted to post these with the first one, but after posting one photo yesterday, Forza's garbage servers stopped responding.

Love how it always breaks after I've already gotten one or two through, ruining each and every set I start by making me want to play a different game that actually works instead of taking more photos. Every facet of this game goes out of its way to be irritating and broken, getting in the way of the fun game at the center

As of yesterday (12 May 2021), this is my collection of my own original 6-wide Speed Champions MOCs. I don't, uh, take them apart, you see. Not included here are any official set mods or modified versions of other peoples' MOCs - only my original stuff. The Hoonicorn is arguable, since it's loosely based on a photo of the one built by LEGO for Ken Block.

I would have arranged them by manufacturer, or perhaps year of manufacture, but my partner gave me a hell of a look for even suggesting that. Chromatic arrangement it is!

Coming soon-ish (over the next couple months, probably, as I get around to ordering pieces): Dark Green and Reddish Brown! And some other stuff.

Dressing up the Frankenstang with bodykits from Ken Block's 65 Mustang Hoonicorn. Gotta be careful offroading the car now, but I'd say the looks worth the trouble :D

My little planet for the last three months of the Cover- 19 lockdown.

Also the area of some of the fox photos that I have bored the pants off my fellow Flickr friends and contacts!!

Image info:- 18 shots in RAW using ProCamera app on iPhone 7+ to create panorama, on tripod with Uniqball head {www.the-digital-picture.com/Reviews/UniqBall-UBH-45X-Ball...}

and then a "Mefoto" iPhone 7+ camera mount used to get as level as I can panorama.

Processed in LightRoom then polar co-ordinates in Photoshop.

Due to some extra work I have taken a short break from fox photos {and Flickr} and sorted out issues of reaching further into the garden with the latest fox location in front of the shed which is with luck starting tonight.

Have been watching the family but have not seen four cubs together over the last few nights.

Hopefully none of the cubs have been run over by the ever increasing speeding traffic that using the local roads like Ken Block would do with the Hoonicorn.

Ken does not run over animals by the way but has some fantastic videos on Prime and YouTube.

Goodwood Festival of Speed 2015

I went into London to see the St. Patrick's Day parade in Trafalgar Square, and I ran into the Top Gear film crew, they were filming Matt LeBlanc from Friends! aka (Joey) Ken Block was the driver.

We are pretty much best friends now, you can tell by the photos, he looked in my general direction.... :)

MOC: The Hoonicorn.

For info on the model of the car itself, please click the picture below.

I ended up being pretty happy with how The Hoonicorn turned out, but I wanted to present it in a proper setting, not least because I needed to incorporate the signed 1x6x5 panel. This seemed a logical solution for that, not least because if you do a Google Image search for the car, quite a few of the pictures are from the 2014 SEMA show in Las Vegas, where it was on display in a booth with white walls and a floor with a pattern of what looked like two shades of gray and two shades of yellow.

So that's where I started, and then I added a couple of speakers and a microphone stand, a drinks table, some lights, an information poster, a trophy, a wall-mounted helmet (with a splash of appropriate lime green colour)... and a couple of minifigs, one being a fictitious manager and the other being Minifig Ken himself.

The stickers are from various sources, like LEGO and eBay, but the most important ones come from the online Hoonigan store - but some I just couldn't get in the right size, so the '43' stickers on both sides of the car are hand-cut from clean white LEGO sticker residue. And because I needed the wheels in this specific colour, I asked Auri of Chrome Block City to make me some. Being the great guy he is, he agreed. The exhaust pipe surrounds, headrests/rollcage, and rear badge are from the same store, in custom metallic silver.

I'm planning to add Brickstuff lights to this vignette at some point, which should make it look even better, particularly in a badly lit room.

11th alternative for 76912 set! This time i wanted to remake my most popular alternative on youtube and make it better in terms of stability and looks. This time i present you the 65' Ford Mustang Hoonicorn V2! A lot of work were done to make this model better than the V1.

Sorry for the below-usual photo quality. I didn't notice my camera was set to "dumpster" until after I took these shots.

Nothing majorly new here, just a small update. Thanks to the brand new 76122 Batcave, we finally have the 28192 slope available in black, which allowed me to update the C pillars on the Hoonicorn to a more subtle, angular design! You can see the improvement from the older design here and here.
