Re-visiting some Goodwood images for the forthcoming IGPG competition. These didn't quite make the final cut for the final 7
(trash-containers-moving) hooligans - vs - (ACAB) hooligans or just hooligans who don't know how to spell?
These two gals were scoping out my neighbours car. Probably wanting to break in and go on a joy ride.

As we were walking down near the Pigalle area of Paris, we began to notice that the neighbourhood, which was always a little on the rowdy side, was different. Fairly early on we determined it was soccer related. There were people walking around in soccer outfits, including scarves, pins and of course team jerseys. It was like one of our favourite movies, Fever Pitch (the good one, the soccer related one), only more dangerous.
Eventually, we found a couple of relatively innocuous looking fans and after clearly identifying myself as a Canadian who shouldn't know any better, asked what the deal was. Apparently, there was a huge game happening the next day for the European Club Championship between Arsenal and Barcelona at the Stade de France, and these fans had come over to support their team.
Good on 'em. And bad luck to anyone wearing a Barcelona shirt in Pigalle that day.
The French didn't seem that impressed with it though. We'd be walking along behind some locals and you'd hear (pardon my interpretation of the French) "Blah blah blah le blah blah Les Hooligans blah blah blah le blah".
You can see the movie here for full effect. Be sure to listen for Timmi saying "Be sure to get the hooligans".
Pete provided much photo fun when he took the Hooligan for a spin in the carpark under my apartment building while Cyclone Marcia delivered heavy rain above on the street.
