Halasana (top left) is extreme bending. not suitable for everybody. Kukkutasana (right) is a difficult asana. All these are difficult postures, very effective but needs practice.
Kapalabhati pranayama. This is a key to get rid of many illness. I learnt this from Baba Ramadev. I was doing kapalabhati slightly differently in my childhood. Both methods are good and useful.
