The ruffle black ribbon sewn on the bodice, with the tiny pink flower buttons sewn on it. It covers the actual fastening inside.

The bugs themed stuff. The outfit is inside the folded blue thin cardboard held closed by wooden clips decorated with ladybugs. The stickers are also supposed to be bug themed. ^_^' Some wooden sticky decorative ladybugs are wrapped into red tulle and tied with a red thin ribbon.

Came home from a holiday jaunt at the cabin to a beautiful package from Lynne!!! (Tinkingalong). Everything is just perfect!!! Had to run to JoAnn's for a pillow insert, all this cuteness just could not wait!! And, the potholder and spatula are just about ready to be put to use, molasses cookies are on the agenda for this evening! Thanks, Lynne! Your gift will be loved forever!

Here is the solution! I've shaped the pink card with the same size of the box, but double sized to be folded in two parts, and I've used a cotton thread to fix all the parts to fit inside the right measurement. I used a white thread so it's easier to recognize and there's no risk to cut the wrong thread.
