Okay you guys I fired up the old Disney+ to give HOCUS POCUS one more chance, after having watched ages ago and writing it off as idiotic. Maybe I’d feel differently now?

Why do so many people love this turd of a movie, like it’s some holiday classic? Maybe because they loved it as five-year-olds, I guess. I, on the other hand, was 17 when it came out and much more interested in actual classics like, say, The Nightmare Before Christmas. Which, incidentally, is a movie that still holds up. This one does not.
