It was quite hard to make a slice of bread look photogenic i normally toast it and put cheese on top :-)

Captured this Eagle in a lovely soar. I have many eagles in the sky but immediately thought this would present so well in mono.

The shadows are pretty - although the sun melted the snow normally coating the bike...I'll take the trade-off. A simple mono image for Monday!

An old but heavily used grain elevator. The gritty mood and stormy sky was there but the lightening strike is a Topaz filter!
Woke up feeling pretty horrible. Tested positive for Covid. Great. Hopefully I will get through it.

The horse was a dark medium black with exception of the white moon beam on its forehead. He posed beautifully for me!!
Tracking through the marsh when we went to photograph the swans they flew back over our tracks ..perhaps they were tracking us!

Still standing with a lean - this old farmhouse deserves more respect but think it days will be delegated to housing raccoons, skunks or other vermin!

Hi there,
This week's task for Macro Mondays was "Tradition."
Every year at Christmastime, I search for these very dark chocolate sticks that have mint centres. They are quite hard to find and sell out quickly, so I was delighted to score a box of them this year. HMM and Happy Holidays!
