I was finally able to see my first real Aurora Borealis last night. Even though it was just a weak little flutter of green, it made my night! Thanks for heads up to the possible light show Calgary Night Photographers and B-Rad for the lift out to the country!

.tea. #selfportrait this is what sick looks like. and she is looking for sinus relief in the bottom of some tasty herbal tea. been battling some major bug this last week. after trying all of my best home remedies -- cannot recommend chili peppers enough! i have turned to western medicine to kick the infection that will not depart my abused nasal passages. cheers little white pills! and so long bloody germs (fingers crossed)!

Well I was trying to play along with TRP and Whispery White Wednesday but then I realised the theme for the week was white with black. So it's just a regular 365 shot.
All our snow is gone now so I have to make my own wintery scenes with sheets and petals. My laptop appears to be a bit shimmery too from yesterday's pinkness!

After a long, dark winter, I’m happy to report that spring is arriving quickly. The fields are beginning to show that first blush of green. Almost all the snow has melted, and the sun is shining & delivering a little warmth. This pretty view looks west toward East Lake, which you can see in the distance.

Took a stroll around the mead this evening before picking Grace up from Rainbows and nearly got knocked out by a couple of squirrels chucking conkers out of a tree!
