in the West Village, New York, NY (on Morton Street). The renovated houses trade for anywhere from $15 million to $20 million right now. Houses were built in the mid 1800's. The home (not in the shot due to a large truck blocking it) immediately to the right of all of these is currently on the market for $22,750,000. It is the former home of actor Robert Deniro. Current owners have done an outstanding top to bottom renovation and the house is spectacular inside.. If anyone thinks they might like to make this property their next new home, please feel free to call me. I am happy to show it. :)
