A few weeks ago my husband said "every good
bar needs a good HIFI system" and he showed
me a picture of a radio from the 90's.
When I called it radio, my husband told me:
"honey, it's not just a RADIO, it's a high-end HIFI
system that used to be very popular".
Now it's finished, my husband is happy with
how it looks, it wasn't easy, i installed
some functions so that you can use it on
the parcel as a "radio" 😂. It can store
7 stream channels, you can turn it on and off.
Its possible to take a first look in my shop inworld 👍 .
This HIFI system will be released on November 10th @ Equal10.

Saturday Self Challenge (IP): kleine scherptediepte
Scavenge Hunt (IP): afval

Saturday Self Challenge (IP): shallow depth of field
Scavenge Hunt (IP): litter
Straight from the 1970s and in the year 2020 dumped on the street: a vintage piece of hi-fi equipment in the form of a tuner-amplifier aka receiver. From the outside it looked very fine, but I have no idea about the inner state. Despite the weight of ca. 16 kg, it was picked up by someone within a few hours.

I took my parent's Onkyo TX-2500MKII receiver apart and cleaned it. I had listened to this receiver when I was growing up. Cleaned all the pots etc, but was on vacation and had no bulbs to replace the ones that are out. This is a shot of the receiver after it was cleaned.
For Flickr Friday's theme, "High Fidelity." I decided to capture the vintage HiFi system located on the lower floor of my house. Lots of hours of music, from the 1960's and up, have been played on this 3-rack system (turntable, dual cassette player, AM/FM receiver).
This receiver is a Marantz MR 235.
Originally, I was going to take a long exposure of this receiver, while it was turned on; the numbers, indicies, signal meter, FM tuning meter, and the tuner needle, light up a nice blue/turquoise color. However, when I powered it on, I remembered that those lights stopped working years ago.
