Seatwork 1 - Create a poster with effective type hierarchy at work
I had difficulty assessing which piece of information is most important, but decided to emphasize the date due to the obscure, unappealing data that the poster wants to communicate. To focus more on the date of the event, I used a large, serif type to draw attention. The vertical orientation of the text was designed to lead the readers to the main information in the middle, to the rest of the date, and back to the information.
An organization’s chain of command, specifying the relative authority of each manager. This picture is of an employee and a manager at a photo booth inside Walgreens. The employee is reporting to the manager since the manager is higher in the hierarchy.
