公利真料竹蔗水 (Kung Lee) 於1948年開業，是香港的老字號舊式涼茶舖，當中以其招牌竹蔗水最聞名，聽說特首曾蔭權 (Donald Tsang) 也是此店的常客。店內的擺設非常四五十年代，舊式青綠瓷磚與木櫈，彷彿回到四五十年前街坊聚在涼茶舖聽收音機、談天說地的年代。公利所處的建築物荷里活道60號是香港現存少有的戰前唐樓，其特色騎樓及仍保存下來的原裝木窗木門更是罕見。邱禮濤 (Herman Yau) 2004年的作品《男上女下》(Herbal Tea)，其故事便是圍繞這間涼茶舖而衍生。
