I live on the border of Marion and Hendricks Counties in Indiana. These guys live in my neighborhood.
This was my first time making rice paper wraps… So difficult! There must be a technique to it? Any advice for me?

theholisticingredient: What did you find difficult Jo? Happy to help if I can. Was the rice paper too soggy? Did it rip?
johodson: @theholisticingredient It was just really difficult to manage as it creased up and stuck together so easily much like the way clingfilm/clingwrap does, I wasn't sure the best way of dealing with it! I soaked each one for a few seconds in lukewarm water but but when I took it out it got tricky :-)
