The real name for "James Bond Island" is "Koh Tapu" - Tack Island, since it resembles a tack! It is found in the Phang Nga National Park near Phuket and provided the set for the 007 movie "The Man with the Golden Gun".

GoPro SeatPost and Handlebar Clamp. This mount works great for ski poles when used in conjunction with a right angle adapter (they call it a pivoting orientation arm) that is included with the mount.
Also, you can use the GoPro Roll Bar Mount for shovel handles.

My helmet camera generates a thumbnails from a random point on a journey. Sometimes it can be quite artistic.
Had to take a short ride just to try out the camera the way it's meant to be used. The wind noise was pretty bad. I understand it's better in the HD Hero cameras, and there is another setting I'll try, but it was so annoying I just decided to rip out the audio and put in an instrumental from one of my favorite bands: The Mud City Manglers.
HM...flickr cut this in half. the video was supposed to take you over the west end bridge...curious...

I don't do it deliberately, but every time I get a camera, the first shot is of one of my animals. George is usually the closest to me, so she got the honors with the GoPro Hero.
When I'm riding my motorcycle, I'm constantly wishing I had a camera implanted in my eyes. This is cheaper and safer.
There are several models, but I only bought the standard def entry model for several reasons. First: they had it at Costco and once I saw this thing in person I just wanted it right away. Didn't want to wait for shipping.
Mostly, though, there's one critical feature missing from the GoPro lineup that I'm going to wait for, and that's a radio remote. See...this takes still photos like a normal camera when you click the shutter, or you can take them in 2,5,10,30 or 60 second intervals. That's cool. But I want to have the option of just looking at something, hitting a remote button on my handlebar, and taking a photo when I want to take a photo.
Until then, I'm going to have loads of fun playing with this entry model. I will be attaching this to my dogs. Mark my words.
(Note: this camera does not allow you to travel through time. I don't know why it says it was shot in 1970. I'll try formatting the card...)

VIO Ultra Clamp, with a GoPro tripod adapter attached to the waist buckle of my backpack.
The GoPro tripod adapter is very handy for anything with a 1/4″ screw.
The VIO flex mounts are also very cool tools. 12″ and 6″. The 12″ is a little long for skiing as the forces of jumping are too great to hold the camera up. But for unique frames with less force it is a great tool.
