This is a ride called 'Hellraiser' which shoots people around at ridiculous speeds. It was on of the rides at the Bristol Balloon Fiesta. Believe it or not there are people in amongst those light trails!

Members of Headquarters Support Company, Division Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 1st Infantry Division, compete in the Toughest Hellraiser competition Nov. 25. Six two-man teams competed in five stations to determine who was the most proficient and foster esprit de corps. The winning team was Staff Sgt. Ethan McKay and Spc.
