This is me...on the right...back in the 90's when I worked as a cocktail waitress in this nightclub. It was Halloween and we got to dress up every year for work. I came as Pinhead from Hellraiser that year. The drunker the patrons got, the more I ended up with dollar bills on my head. Yep...those are real nails. A lot of people woke up the next morning with a little hole in their hand. I just had one heck of a headache and a ton of little dots all over my face from the glue. It was a great costume though.

In the original film, Pinhead did not have a name; he was simply credited as the "Lead Cenobite". Pinhead was a name coined by the make up crew that applied the prosthetics on Bradley to distinguish the cenobites.
