Every time I upload a new pic I always write up another excuse on why my flickr activity has been so low, and for real I have an actual excuse and that is that I have school, I have my first job, and I have the freedom to hang out with my friends with my first car, so yeah... Speaking of cars, I've been really addicted to all the different car scenes out there for almost a year now and here is one of those speed champions sets I bought just to make into a sticker bombed, slammed, cambered nissan Z

SPEEDHUNTERS: Guest Blog >> 786 Motoring

I was recently contacted by Linhbergh to do some shooting for Speedhunters along with Costas, another photographer from Houston, Texas.

I was really excited to have this opportunity. I love Speedhunters - they are more in tune with the automotive enthusiast than most automotive publications. They are way ahead of the curve. Not only that, but Linhbergh is one of my favorite automotive photographers and a huge personal inspiration.

The photoshoot went extremely well, and I met some awesome people. The 786 Motoring guys are super down to earth and have some amazing cars. They aren't necessarily the fastest, or the most show worthy cars... but they have street presence and style that you don't see very often.

The only downside was that I didn't get a chance to shoot with Costas - maybe next time, I was really looking forward to it. He is a super friendly and talented guy.

The two photos I've included are my two favorites from the shoot - click the link to see the entire blog, with even more eye candy!

Love this car. Wish I got the chance to take more photos of it. If anyone has the owners contact info hook it up!

update: Looks like I'll be giving this car a proper shoot soon :)

Explored!

Danbo's sick ride.

Didn't post this shot up because I was on the fence about how the shot looked. But I just went ahead and re edited it for the sake of those who want to oogle over Miro's fitment haha.

Not sure How I feel about this one...but alot of people were asking for more photos of it.

A shot from awhile back that I skipped over.

One from a shoot this past weekend with Kyle's Evo.

Got that song stuck in my head haha.

hit the 200,000 view mark today... thank you everyone for all the support and inspiration!

Tried to emulate the cinematic feeling.

View on black is a must.

I just added a few to my desk and camera lenses.

Liked the processing on this one. Thought I would share

Materiel : Canon 50d, Canon 70-200 L is F2.8

Traitement : Photoshop CS5 , Lightroom 3

I got to shoot a car today! I haven't done so in a while. I've been anxious lately to shoot something. I'm glad I was able to!

I started messing around in PS and I ended up with this. Some practice and experimentation go a long way! THIS IS NOT AN HDR by the way. It may look like it, but it's not. This was done by adjusting curves, levels and a ton of dodging/burning. I'm pretty happy with the result.

Strobist: AB1600 camera far left pointed at the back door. AB1600 camera left pointed at fender. YN460 camera right pointed at driver side headlight.

Thanks for looking!
