This Tattoo (design by Broke One) was done back in the late 90's. A HED tag was the origin of the Smilee character.

The shoot brief was 'Hed Kandi' look. Google it to see. It is a cartoonised image of sexy beach babes used on the front cover of their music albums. We needed it overexposed and popping eyes.
