I enjoyed my first visit of Kanazawa at the rainy Kenrokuen on that day. I found that the carps had sakura petals for dinner.

Omelette with Finnish salami, point cabbage, kohl rabi, chives, Umami, mâche and, of course, cheese.

Mixed salad, Feta cheese, peppers, corn, wild tomatoes, spring onion, balsamico, rye crisp and farm cheese.

 

Simple, fast and delicious.

Lamb, vegies and mash potatoes without butter or milk (just a little olive oil)

Grilled wild caught blue catfish, mussels from Maine, madras style lentils, wild grain rice pilaf and a green leaf salad with red peppers and garlic stuffed olives.

Today I am thankful for far away friends who share healthy recipes. This roasted red onion and squash dish turned out pretty good last night. I used gluten free multi-grain pasta and even Dylan liked the onions, I think it was because they were roasted and turned out a little sweet. It smelt very good too, as it roasted in the oven. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to share my thankfulness so soon today, our power went out for a little bit this morning, it caused some fun excitement as the kids got ready in the dark.

  

   

✅ Breakfast

 

* Never skip breakfast

* Ideal time of having breakfast is between 7am - 9am.

* Don't have it later than 10 am.

 

✅ Lunch

 

* There should be a gap of at least 3 to 4 hours between breakfast and lunch.

* Ideal time of having lunch is 12 pm - 2 pm.

* Don't have it later than 4 pm.

 

✅ Dinner

 

* Maintain a gap of at least 3 to 4 hours between lunch and dinner.

* Ideal time of having dinner is between 6pm-9pm.

* Don't have it later than 10 pm.

* It's good to have it 3 hours before going to bed.

 

⭕ Note - A walk of at least 10-15 minutes is considered good but 40-45 minutes post dinner.

 

Never drink cold water instead drink room temperature or slightly warm water.
