The baby was born at 35 weeks 4 days. The surgery was performed to address healthconcerns found in-utero. The surgical team consisted of pediatric otolaryngology, maternalfetal medicine, pediatric anesthesia and obstetrical anesthesia. This was the first time the EXITprocedure was performed at NMCSD.
