Alloy header tank fitted to replace the Marlin Metro special. This one has three coolant connectors which allows you to use a pressurised cooling system as in the donor vehicle.

note:
rear set fits in first, front set second.
loosely tighten all of the header nuts/ bolts so it all hangs in there, and then slide under and fit on the Y pipe when things still have room to wiggle.
once the balls on the headers draw in and set well with the cups on the Y, THEN go back and tweak the headers up balls-tight. follow the tightening sequence in Haynes, or the factory manual.
no RTV was used in this assembly. dry fit.
