The stunning Canadian Rocky Mountains immediately give way to farming and ranching in south western Alberta. This photo reminds me of the emblem of Alberta which depicts a blue sky, snow capped mountains and a wheat field. This photo is taken just north of Waterton Lakes National Park.

Just over a week ago, after tasting some fine whisky, I took this photo outside Kingsbarns Distillery in the Kingdom of Fife, Scotland.
From the series Hay Bales: These hay bales on the fields around Hurecourt are waiting for transport to the farm, 2015.
Hurecourt is a very small viillage with about 55 inhabitants in Haute-Saône, France.

I had the hay in the room and I think I can still smell it. I kept it, maybe I can use it for decoration at some point. The other items left overs from recent Macro Mondays.
