Sidewalk fountains in front of Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park, in downtown Tampa Bay. Another one of their lighting installations that has the entire RGB spectrum of color as the water blasts low, medium and high. Very high sometimes.

I felt the need to give it a more efficient way of transport when there's smooth terrain to allow it, thus being a bit more Chi efficient. The lazy, laid back, pose matches his facial expression perfectly. Skinnet you stoner.

 

That catapult totally worked. Someone shot the Pikachu through the target, but they were immediately told to not do that again.
