Interview #42 -- Farhad, pictured, lost his father and his harm in a US airstrike in 2001/2002 (double check ATI file NOMKDZ 004-02). "I heard loud booms, once, twice, on the third time I fell to the ground, and my arm suddenly felt heavy to me. One of my neighbors brought me to the hospital. That was when I realized that I did not have my arm [part of arm]. It was gone , with just the skin hanging down." His mother had remarried because she could not support herself without a husband and he was left to support his 3 younger sisters on the ACAP funding he received because the new husband would not take the wife's children of another marriage.
