Unusual terracotta bas-relief decoration on gravestones - made by Jonathan Harmer of Heathfield between 1799 and 1839.
This is social harm because of littering. The irony is that the sign that asks people not to litter has graffiti on it and is surrounded by trash. The government tried to push good behavior but it was ignored. The people living in this area have a lower selling value and have to worry about their pets and children picking up unsanitary things on walks or stepping on broken glass or needles.
