This photo is from the day we got partnered April 15th 2019. If it is possible, I am even more happy now than I was back then. You as a person Mun, have touched my soul and heart and made me a better person. Thank you from that my sweetheart. You are my daily dose of happiness even when it is at times limited to few sentences in a day ♥

...is sometimes coffee and sunshine.
At the Sip and Ship in Ballard, on Market, east of 20th. Go there! It's a great little place where you can conduct your mail business, have some good coffee, read/study/people-watch, and even pick up some Ballard, Seattle trinkets. My good friend Sara is a barista there...tell her "hi" for me!
The 9/16/13 topic for Our Daily Challenge is "Happiness Is...," and I can't think of anything happier than Roma when she flies through the agility course at the Mill Valley, CA dog park, unless it's swimming (see first comment below), or chasing a ball (see first comment below). Also, she has brought my wife Sammy and me more happiness than we could have ever imagined, when we adopted her a year and a half ago.
I took 80 shots of Roma today, in hopes of getting one happy expression, and I ended up with three; but, since we can only post one a day in ODC, I had to put the other two in the comment box.
Day 7 - from Kim Klassen's Beyond Layers. I was struck by this quote by Anne Frank that despite her situation she could still see beauty.

I like the chicken leg, but really, only one leg? This set should have multiple pieces of chicken in it. I like the rosemary sprig & garlic though.
...is finding a sweet new posession at the craft market.

...is standing back and looking at them both being gently swung by the morning autumn breeze and realizing that "i am smiling".

Hope you're all having a nice weekend! I had an unexpected surprise yesterday, when Matt (my older son) walked through the door! Because of his job, he is living in Rugby now, and doesn't come home as often as he used to, but he had only told Tim the day before he planned to pop by! It was meant to be for Mothering Sunday, which isn't till next week, but anytime is good for me when the boys come home!!
Sam decided to make himself comfy on Matt's foot (to make sure he couldn't get away!!)
During my trip to the Philippines a few months ago I saw many (poor) people.
The interesting thing about them was that when you asked them if they are happy, most of them would say "Yes Sir" with a big smile.
It reminded me that happiness isn't about the many goods we have got. Because in the western parts of the World we have got many, many goods and still are complaining about many useless things.
Real happiness though is found in Jezus Christ, the son of God!

Wearing fabulous shoes (even only for the moment).... or able to find ways to "laugh" even when you feel like crying...
And I want to add... is getting hugs especially when they are so genuine and coming from the heart... is smiles of children who see you like if you are the most fascinating thing.... getting gifts that are so unexpected (like my colleague who gave me a beautiful pair of heels just because...................... xx)
Here I was trying to do something really silly (but I will not devour on details.. haha).... I am wearing one of my all time favorite heels....
For those of "wonderful" you, who read everything I write (thank you... xx) I am almost back to my usual exercise regimes.. ie I am running, walking, stepping, yoga, and recently I just picked up hill climbing... its really great for toning and stream-lining legs..... see for yourself :) :) :)
