Floating heads of Kelvingrove signify new century thinking behind redesign. I was look enough to visit but I did not have a good camera but loved this shot and wanted to share

This photo was taken on a very windy day and it looked like the bee was having a little fun blowing back and forth with the wind. It stayed on there for quite a while before flying away. Best viewed large.

Deep Blue Day

Fire Flag Plume Moth (Sphenarches anisodactylus) (family Pterophoridae)

Only the second Plume Moth I have seen this year.I first spotted it on a Seaside Daisy in the breeze and then it flew to the grass. It was hanging on tightly in the stiff breeze.

I apologise in advance if I am slow catching up with your images.

This tree was right on the edge of the rivet bank hanging over the river.

A very small jumping spider hanging on to a leaf of a spider plant on the patio.

More from the dawn patrol with Eddy. Nice to see the cliffs and rocks behaving well after making an effort to be on site for the sunsire. Thanks cliffs.

Just hanging around the rain should have been the title. Nasty weather, but a pretty little Palm Warbler was a nice surprise.

Blue Skimmer Dragonfly (Orthetrum caledonicum)

The first Blue Skimmer I have spotted this season. It didn't choose the best place to rest for me to get a shot. Should have had the macro lens with me!

Success seems to be largely a matter of hanging on after others have let go.
