I realise I haven't uploaded something in ages, despite having two long weekends in a row.

Saturday night, I went to party at John's place, which was pretty awesome. I didn't take many photos, but I might end up eventually upload a few sometime.

I've been sorta busy with schoolwork. It's not awesome.

I was bored with school work, and was just taking photos, and thought I'd try another go at a good brenizer.

This is part of my desk at the moment- quite messy. In the background, you can see physics books and such.

We loved wandering Scarborough, Tobago. That's the little island north of Trinidad in the Caribbean Sea.

This tiny island is 26 miles long and 6 miles wide, so it's easy to explore in a day.

It's so rich with history; Columbus discovered it in 1498.

The island has terrific veiws, a gorgeous rainforest full of colorful birds, and lots of architectural eye-candy like this decrepit vine-overgrown building just up from the docks.

Tobago is worth a stop, and cabbies cost only $25/hour.

This pulled in while I was waiting in the truck for Margie and I could not let it get away. You can see Stuart in the background admiring it as well.

One of the maintenance folks at work. The tall and slender and always has a ball cap on. Nice guy, always say hello when he sees folks in the mall.

This very tidy Scammell Handyman water tanker awaits its next duty at a Maltese concrete block plant.

Handyman is a utility type mobile suit, built for a wide range of tasks. Its light armour allows for good articulation and agility. Handyman has counterweighted shoulders to facilitate carrying heavy load around, a multi-tool left hand for salvaging, powerful light units, shoulder-mounted shooters and a retractable arm blade for minor combat.

Pen & ink, color pencil, watercolor in my 5.5 x 8.5 Canson journal. Lately, the journal stuff has been getting more personal. Maybe it's a phase.

Found deep in the Koradino docks area of Valetta, this Scammell Handyman's days on the roads are long since over. It is abandoned in the corner of a seemingly similarly abandoned industrial compound. April 2010.

1957 Chevrolet One Fifty “Handy Man”

The Handyman pictured here appeared at the 2015 September Golden Colorado Cruise Night.

The Tri-Five Chevrolets from 1955-1957 are without a doubt the most recognizable car to emerge from the 50’s. The classic design is viewed by both purists and custom car builders as perhaps one of the best body styles of all time. Another attractive parts of the Tri-Five Chevrolets are the wide variety of available body styles, from four door, two door, two door post, convertibles and of course the wagons, both two and four door. One of the lesser known models was called the “Handy Man”, a two door wagon which was similar to the famous Nomad but a little more utilitarian.
