Jasmine Essential Oil ~ is a very-very famous flower. It has a strong but sweet, pleasing and romantic fragrance, which is very common in those flowers which bloom at night. This flower is often associated with romance and love. This flower blooms at night in my own Florida backyard and fills the surroundings with its typical fragrance.

Goddess Essentials cold process soap, with a blend of essential oils, frankincense, ylang ylang, lavender, sweet orange.
Someone posted their skepticism that cold process soaps can be made in a mold. I rarely make them in molds. When I do, it's usually a small batch of castile unscented or other extremely small scale production (or testing). I make the trains and animals for certain kidling family members :) The one above was a Bubble Gum scented soap - I thought it fit with the penguin.
A little sweetness and greenery added to the "cuke" notes. It's hard to see in the photo, but the lighter part of the soap has a pale, pale green tinge. I think my Mom would like this one too so some of it's going to her and her friends for Xmas.
Sometimes simple soaps without all the bells and whistles with a ton of colored swirls is a nice change.
It's weird, I don't really enjoy cooking but really enjoy food. Some of my gustatory leanings spill over into my soap-making. Hey, it's calorie-free.
Inspired by Ginger Carrot soup, which I love made with freshly-picked carrots with the slight smell of earth clinging to them. Notes of ginger, carrot, cinnamon and black pepper. I sprinkled the top with some mica to look like pepper atop soup.
I'm super proud of this new soap. I designed it to look like you're standing on the moon, looking into the black sky with the big blue marble that is earth hanging above
Oh yeah, it smells good too. Cool like mint and menthol, but warm like vanilla.
Closest to the front of the photo is the deep clean green. They both have lemongrass essential oil and tea tree essential oil. Deep Clean green also has neem powder, which not only gives it texture and helps to exfoliate your skin, but is antiseptic; good for healing blemishes and evening the skin tone.

I made some lip balm the other day and it turned out great. It's nice and hard, yet very moisturizing and a little goes a long way through the day.
1/2 Tbs. Beeswax
1/2 Tbs. Shea Butter
1/2 Tbs. Avocado Butter
1 tsp. Sweet Almond Oil
I took a coffee cup and submursed it in a crock pot of water on high. Then I added the beeswax and the butters and let it sit. Forever. Then when eternity had come to an end the beeswax finally had started melting and I added the sweet almond oil and stirred like a mad woman to get it to all be one consistency.
Done and ready for my lips! I poured into my container and it set up very fast.
