Lye (sodium hydroxide aka caustic soda) is always added to the water, NEVER the other way round (water to Lye) as there could be a VIOLENT REACTION. Personal protection equipment (goggles, gloves, long sleeve shirt, long pants (trousers), and closed toe shoes (no thongs or flip-flops)) must be worn as Lye is corrosive and will burn you. You don't want any splashing on you while you mix it in. The Lye must be thoroughly dissolved in the water before you add the solution to the oils.

Felted Soap is an exquisite gift for yourself or to give to someone else. There is no need for a washcloth or a loofah, just take your new felted soap into the tub or shower and it gently exfoliates your skin. This cool looking soap smells like lemongrass! I made this by coloring a bit of soap, rolling it into a tub and wrapping plain soap around it.neat huh?
This isn't your granny's lavender soap. It is so fragrant and delightful. I didn't think I was going to like it from the smell of lavender essential oil, but it is FABULOUS!!! My house smells like a garden. I am in love with this soap (and it leaves your skin silky, too!)

My Sunflower soap boasts floral notes of honeysuckle, violets and desert jasmine mixed with wild heather. It is an effervescent floral scent that combines clarity with energy, freshness, and spirit.
Something new from the soap lab. Tangerine, orange, patchouli essential oils combine for a sophisticated fragrance for either men or women. 4.5 oz.
In the background, designed like a fan, the four bars have a ginger spice mix suspended in glycerin with orange essential oil and orange cooking oil. It's a refreshing citrus scent.
