Lampwork beads made of Angelika Schott / Calisto Munich combined with polymer clay beads. The lampworks are looking like sweets
I made this bracelet for the super sweet
Jenn and Jacqui :-)
They had liked one I had made like this before so they wondered if I could make another one like it for them. :-)
it was a labour of love in a way but also a pleasure to do I would like to do more but with beads introduced in to the design as well next time ....... I always leave the backs of dresses open as it makes dressing a doll so much easier and I never use the dreaded Velcro always clear snaps ^__^
Teaching M some basic sewing. He did the pattern, a bunch of the backstitching, stuffing, and eyes/mouth. Serious fun. Thank you to Craft magazine for some inspiration: www.craftzine.com/
SOLD-thank you! Needle-felted Corriedale and Merino wool bear, jointed arms and legs, wool party hat, cotton fabric pincushion with wool beaded "frosting" plopped into an antique jello mold.
Lost the plot. I've knitted a clock.

Improvised clock cosy from my warped mind. More details on my Ravelry project page :p
I made this last night and it was quite fiddly working with linen fabric. I am quite happy with the result.
Well partner, this is what I ended up doing with those hexies. I hope you like it! The book is graph paper, perfect for quilt designing!
I used the Stitched in Color tutorial for this: www.stitchedincolor.com/2012/08/tutorial-journal-covers.html
More versions of previous pillows I've made. Still using my Central Park layer cake. Blogged here: rebelhomemaker.blogspot.com/2011/01/more-um-pillows.html
Done...with time to spare! It's going to be hard sending this one off. It's one of my favourite things I've ever made. But I know it will be going to someone who will appreciate this sampling of fussy cuts, paper piecing, wonky stars, and HSTs...and I bet she'll recognize most of the prints I chose.
This past week I made all these rings and a few more pieces because I had to deliver them to Benaki Museum, Athens. I don't have it in me to make an extra one for Ring-a-Week.
I have posted before the three rings at the back but not the ones on the foreground.
The wavy one is plexiglass and sterling silver riveted together.
The rectangle ring is sterling silver filled with pigmented resin in translucent red.
Finally... I took some pictures of these miniwallets I made during the summer. The black one is for myself... I carry my credit cards and such in that, very handy, especially in the summer as I don't like to carry a handbag with me all the time.
