This series of shots were taken in a matter of about ten minutes, I showed up when these girls (young ladies, not you guys) were putting the horses into their trailers. Never saw them before but somehow these photographs just happened. A heavy fog had just blown over the beach, with terrific ambient light. Unfortunately, very fine sand pariticles were blowing into their eyes.

I'm always amazed at how young the staff at the English School of Falconry are, yet at the same time it's refreshing to see kids get into a fascinating (if low-paid) area of expertise.

Good on the lad!

It's much easier to snap pictures of these birds when they're perched on something...

The show they put on was extremely well done. The presenter mixed in facts about biology, physics, chemisty & anthropology - combining elements to hammer home a clear message about social and environmental responsibilities. Highly recommended.
